Sometimes it’s difficult to talk about your feelings and what’s on your mind. Talking to a therapist can help you cope with difficulties and support you to make a positive change.
As a qualified counsellor practising for several years I have experience of providing community based counselling as well as working with a leading children’s Mental Health Charity in Primary and Secondary schools.
Some of the challenging issues I have supported clients through:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety & Stress
  • Anger
  • Bereavement & Loss
  • Work related struggles
  • Trauma & Abuse
