Counsellor and Therapist

You may feel or think you’re not good enough. You struggle with low confidence and low self-esteem. These feelings have been with you for some time, and you want to change.

This is where I aim to support you by helping you manage and gain insight to difficult and challenging feelings which are preventing you from enjoying your life to the full.

My approach is Integrative. Put simply, this means I have a range of approaches which are adaptable depending on your  issues.  Sessions are always client led meaning therapy is at your pace.

When looking for your counsellor it’s crucial to find the right match for you. I suggest an initial 20-minute phone or zoom consultation.

On the call we can explore your aims for counselling and what led you to reach out now. You can find out more my approach and ask any questions you may have.  You can then decide whether to book a session.
