Counsellor and Therapist

As a counsellor my approach is Integrative. This means I have a range of approaches which are adaptable depending on your issues. Your needs are the focus of our sessions. This could mean making sense of your past in order to understand the feelings you are experiencing today. It could also mean practical work aimed at empowering you to increase your confidence in day-to-day scenarios. When looking for your counsellor it’s crucial to find the right one which is why I offer a free 15 minute consultation. We can explore your aims for therapy and you can find out more about my approach before you decide whether to continue.  It’s a difficult decision to find the right therapist and it’s important to find the right fit for you.

You may feel or think you’re not good enough. You may struggle with low confidence and low self-esteem. These feelings may have been with you for some time and you are ready to change. This is where I may be able to support you. As a therapist my aim is to  work with you to manage difficult and challenging feelings that may be preventing you from enjoying your life to the full.

Areas I work with:

Anger management & conflict

Anxiety and panic

Careers and work issues

Depression and low mood

Low self-esteem
