Healing has been part of my life since childhood. I still remember placing my hands on people under my mother’s gentle guidance, never imagining that those early experiences would one day shape the path I would follow.

At the time, I didn’t realise those moments were quietly planting the seeds of something much deeper. Life has a way of revealing our purpose when we least expect it.

Losing my brother changed everything. It sent me searching for meaning, for consciousness and for what lies beyond what we can see. That search led me to Past Life Regression and opened the door to a deeper understanding of healing.

Years later, losing my mother during the pandemic deepened that journey. In the midst of grief, conventional answers were no longer enough. I found myself drawn to energy work, ancestral healing and deeper inner exploration. What I discovered didn’t just transform my own life—it revealed my true calling.

As my journey unfolded, I trained in a range of complementary healing modalities, each one offering a deeper understanding of the connection between mind, body, emotions and spirit. Yet it wasn’t the qualifications that shaped my work most—it was the privilege of walking alongside people in their healing journeys. Every person I have met has been a teacher in their own way, reminding me that healing is never about fixing what’s broken, but about gently reconnecting with ourselves.

That understanding became the foundation of the 6R Ascension Method—a compassionate approach that brings together everything I have learned, experienced and witnessed over the years. It is designed to help people release what no longer serves them, reconnect with themselves and create lasting transformation.
