Psychotherapist
I’m Elisha, a Masters-trained psychotherapist passionate about helping people achieve greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. I offer a warm and supportive space for individuals (children, adolescents, and adults), parents, and families from all backgrounds, genders, orientations and identities. I support individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, self-esteem, parenting difficulties, anger management and more.
My approach integrates various therapeutic models, including psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to best fit your unique needs. I also draw on systemic and neuroscience-informed perspectives. I believe in the power of understanding the mind-body connection to facilitate lasting change.
I am committed to providing safe and effective therapy. I hold professional liability insurance and am a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred). To ensure I provide the highest standard of practice, I regularly engage in continuing professional development. I also manage all personal data in strict accordance with data protection legislation.
I offer in-person sessions here at The Centre for Counselling, Bromley.
