Do you have a feel anxious, depressed, have low self-esteem / low self-confidence or a general feeling that things aren’t right? Do you repeat the same behaviour/relationship patterns despite wanting to change? Do you feel stuck, or have difficulty letting go of negative thoughts? Counselling is a unique opportunity to understand how your experiences of the world impact on your life and relationships. If are looking to work through issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, setting healthy boundaries, co-dependency or narcissistic abuse, to improve self-esteem and feel connected to yourself and others, I can help.
My philosophy is that all clients are individuals, and I tailor my approach to best work for you. I am experienced in working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, chaotic childhood, family and/or relationship difficulties, low-esteem and a lack of self-love. As well as talking therapy, I also use Inner child work, creative therapy and CBT.
I believe in working collaboratively with clients and building a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust and honesty. I provide a space to talk through issues that are bothering you that is confidential and without judgement. I offer daytime and evening face to face, walk and talk, telephone, Zoom sessions.
