As an integrative counsellor, I use a range of different theories tailored to meet individual clients’ needs.
I provide a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space, where you can feel safe and respected as we explore your concerns together.
I am aware of the importance of finding the right counsellor. With this in mind, I offer a free 15-minute phone call to see if we are a good fit to work together. During this initial call, I will want to understand a little about what has brought you to counselling.
Areas I work with include:
Anxiety
Depression
Loss
Grief
Panic Attacks
Health Issues
Trauma
Neurodiversity
Bereavement
Spirituality
Relationships
Stress
Work related issues
Types of Therapy Offered

Background and Experience
Over the past 20+ years my previous careers include Teaching, providing office support in Investment Banking, Community counselling, and counselling survivors of Domestic abuse. I am aware of and understand the pressures and challenges of working in outcome driven environments. Within my counselling sessions, my past work and life experiences allow me to bring empathy and understanding to my clients whilst recognising that each person’s experience is unique to them.
