Deciding to start therapy is a courageous step, and I deeply honour that decision. As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain awareness of their patterns and make intentional, meaningful changes in their lives. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, understand the root causes of their challenges, and embrace their authentic selves.
