Person Centred Counsellor working with teens and adults.
Stuart is currently on leave
Hi I’m Stuart
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly struggling in ways others can’t see. You may look like you’re coping on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, low, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore. Maybe you’re navigating relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, work stress, or long-standing patterns that keep repeating. You might simply want a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, perform, or be “the strong one”. At the heart of it, you want to feel heard. Understood. Accepted. You want clarity, confidence, and the freedom to be yourself without judgement.
My approach
As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and respect, so that we create a space where you can reflect, grow, and move towards the life you want.
My Experience & Qualifications
I currently hold a Level 5 Higher Professional Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and am in continuous personal development.
I have experience of working with individual adults, both online and in-person on a wide variety of issues and have also worked for several years in sixth form colleges providing counselling to teens and young adults, 16–19.
I have managed a community interest counselling agency, providing low-cost therapy to people needing financial support.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), ensuring adherence to the highest standards of practice and ethics.
